Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION PERIOD: 3.5 % of the transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount. The cancellation period for this dog boarding facility is 48 hours prior to the drop off scheduled start time of the reservation. A cancellation must be made within a specified time frame to avoid any additional penalties. CANCELLATION FEES: If a cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period, no extra cancellation fees will be charged. However, if a cancellation occurs within less than 48 hours of the scheduled start time, a 3.5 % processing cancellation fee will apply.
